Good Morning to All ....
We have recently started to bill Optician services to Private Insurances. I am hoping that I could get some guidelines to help with coding Optician visits, along with the documentation requirements. They have been using codes 92340-92371, but not giving me much in their dictations. My hope is to get some information to present to them for appropriate documentation of services performed for accurate coding.
