When using the c-arm for a surgery case in the OR. There is a code for fluoro over and under one hr. Do you charge for the amount of time the tech is in the room with the c-arm for the fluoro. Or is it the amount of fluoro used? Which I've never seen it over an hour. I just can't see only get reimbursed for under one hour when a tech can be over there running fluoro for 3-5 hours at times for one procedure. How would you code this situation?
