Wiki Oral challenge or E/M?

I'm hoping someone can help me. A pt comes in for an oral challenge. Usually they are given incremental doses and so we use 95076. This pt was given 2 doses, both the same amount. Is that still considered an oral challenge? The wording in the CPT book says "sequential and incremental." Since the patient wasn't given incremental doses do we need to use an EM code instead? Thanks for your help!!!!
