I was curious if anyone in the J15 (KY & OH) jurisdiction is billing for Oral Fluid Tox testing. The LCD for Drug Abuse/ Control for J15 is very specific to "Urine" and doesn't specify anywhere else that other bodily fluids can be used to perform this testing. Individual codes aren't Medicare covered, so I was curious if others are using the standard screen and G Codes (which I'm sure they are). But without some sort of definitive evidence that allows us to bill such and be compliant with our LCD we don't feel comfortable billing that way. If anyone has any info or input they would like to share, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
