Wiki oral pathology 88305 vs 88307

can anyone tell me for certain if you would use 88305 or 88307 for a biopsy on the tongue if the diagnosis is cancer?

Also, if you have a surgical pathology, gross and microsopic examination of gingiva/oral mucosa, biopsy and the diagnosis is cancer would you use 88305 or 88307?

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
