Interesting, I ran this in EPIC. Tried it on a case with this scenario, the edit cleared with 79.PT....... If you did use 79 first, maybe flip. PT in first order then 79 to second, see if that makes a difference. I'm in California, so not sure if it's a state difference in how there processing these global scenarios.
