A practicode rationale reminded me that CPT codes must be sorted by RVU. No problem, I'll start using AAPC's RVU calculator. But what if more than one code has an RVU of zero? Is there another way those must be sorted, or does it not matter?

The problem I was reviewing had five CPT codes, given in this RVU order in the rationale: 15830, 19316-50-51, 19120-51-LT, 15877-51, 15847. The last two had zero RVU. If those had been entered 15147, 15877, would it have made any difference on the exam?
