Ordering of hearing test with separate billing by audiologist

An ENT MD orders hearing/tymp test based on patient's chief complaint and/or ear exam. So our audiologist only performs a hearing test, and bills for the performance of test only. Can the MD count ordering the test as 1 point for "orders one unique test" in MDM section?
