I saw that this has been asked a few times, but no answers. When sending out a claim for diagnostic services such as a CT is it ok to add the ordering physician that may not be in office but at another one of our satellite facilities? The doctor is on the schedule just not at the location that the procedure was done. Thank you for all your help.
