Hello AAPC members:
In regard to physical examination, do you feel the following documentation statement supports the Musculoskeletal system, or would it support body areas and why?

"Neck: Neck and c-spine supple, nontender. No masses, JVD, rigidity, or asymmetry noted. Trachea is midline."
