I am hoping someone can help me pinpoint this. Physician performed osteochondral allograft, then the patient started feeling pain and came back to find the graft had displaced. They went back in to fixate this and I am struggling with the correct coding. I do have diagnosis codes: T84.428A, M22.42. Has anyone seen this before or have any CPT tips?
