Wiki ORIF nasal bones and a septoplasty

I coded 21325 for the nasal bone reduction and 30520 for the septoplasty.

They are denying the ORIF 21325 to the 30520, is this correct? NCCI states that no modifier is allowed.

Is this a correct denial?

Please help!
