I am considering purchasing this book from AAPC but without a way to preview it I am undecided. I would appreciate feedback from anyone who uses it.

Yes, we use both upper and lower, it really helps explain the procedures and helps to know when you can and can't charge for an assistant.

Absolutely. We use the global books a lot when appealing claims. Our office personally has the AAOS Complete Global Service Data books (upper and lower).

spine surgery?

Do both of these tools include specifics on spine surgery billing? Namely, PLIF?
