Semi-new to orthopedics and were ordering new books for the office for 2012, I know about Ingenix but is there any other really good books out there that anyone is using to help with coding for orthopedics?

Coding Books

Definitely get the AMA CPT Professional vs Ingenix. Doing a certified coding class right now, the the AMA version is definitely the choice to make.

Ingenix does have a 2-volume set for Orthopaedics, Upper and Lower.
They are called Coding Companions. Very, very helpful in describing the procedures, and referencing the diagnosis for the procedure code also.

Hope this helps.
