Orto coding/billing

Hello all,

this is the first time i am using this forum. i have not coded or billed ortho case in sometime now. i have a few questions regarding proper mods and coding questions?

when these codes are billed together for a Knee Artho which code would get the 59 mod and which code would get the 51?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!!!
