Wiki orthopedic oncologist interprets x-rays

I have a new provider who is an orthopedic oncologist. Her clinic takes x-rays which she interprets. How would I code this and can she get paid for the interpretation as well as the office visit on the same day? Which modifiers would I use?? Thanks in advance!!
