So I billed Zoom Care insurance, a new urgent care clinics popping up all over oregon who I guess also sells insurance. I work for a DO and we specialize in Osteopathic Manipulation. So patient came in and I billed Office Visit, 99213 and OMT, 98927. I have seen insurance companies put maximums on spinal manipulations but not office visits?
