Does anyone know the protocol for Semmes-Weinstein neuromuscular testing? I am trying to figure out the best way to bill it correctly. Our hand therapist says she always tests both hands to use the "good" hand as a baseline and that 95% of the time, she tests both the ulnar and medial nerves. Using the 95937, what is the best way to bill it? Please help.
