Does anyone have documentation that supports moderate MDM if the doc gives an OTC drug (Naproxen) at prescription strength? This is a provider who does occ med/work comp.
 
I do not have documentation on that but I know when I am auditing my physicians, I will give a moderate MDM to a physician that prescribes Ibuprofen of >400mgs (which is considered prescription strength). I will try to find some though!
