does anyone know the difference between a Other qualified healthcare professionals and a Qualified non-physician healthcare professional ? it seems to be refered to the same provider types (PA,NP ETC ) but why is there a difference in payment ?

See pp. 32-34 in Healthcare Business Monthly January 2015. It states possible QHPs depending on state scope of practice, licensing, and CMS or other payer' guidelines are: NP, CNS, PA, CNM, CRNA, CSW, and PT. All of these are non-physician. Two examples of Other Qualified Healthcare Professionals are registered dietitians and registered nurses.
