Has anyone ever billed a transurethral bladder neck resection (52500) with a Urolift? What was your result?

Short version of the case: Patient with BPH, doctor placed 5 Urolift implants and bladder neck still appeared obstructing - was high-riding. Doc exchanged Urolift scope for the resectascope and resected the bladder neck until he got the wide open channel.

Medicaid is denying the 52500 under multiple endoscopy rule. (I know Medicaid doesn't like to pay for anything anyway.)

Any thoughts?

52441-52442.x4....... Looks like you should of just coded the urolift. Though CPT 52500 is primary to 52441-52442, the intent was to place the urolift only.
