Wiki Otitis Media w Otitis Externa???

Otitis media and otitis externa are very common diagnosis where I work. Is there a combination code or a better way to code this, or is it 2 separately identified diagnosis coded as 382.9, 380.10? :confused:

You would need seperate codes depending on the site external, media (middle ear) or inner (canals vestibules).

Thanks a bunch!! This is how I have been coding it; just wanted to make sure there was not a combination code. :)
