Wiki Out and in same day

I have pt admitted inpatient on one day and out of the next and readmitted again that same day. admitted 3/9, discharged 3/10 and readmitted 3/10 by same physician as discharge physician. Do you use regular admission and discharge codes or change to daily level code?
