Does anyone know how to code this.
The physician does a core biopsy on left breast. Two separate sites, plus a separate core biopsy of an axillary lymph node same breast. Three separate biopsies. I know the core biopsies are 19103 and 19295, but I have never coded an extra one for an axillary lymph node all on the same breast. Any help please.
