Facility Leveling Tool

I can't send an attachment here, but I have a leveling tool I can share with you. Also, last year 2011 or 2010 the Coding Edge had a really good article on leveling for the ER, which can be usued for facility information also as they aren't that different.

The best example of facility E&M level comes from the American College of Emergency Physicians.

These can be obtained at the link below, though there are more abbreviated versions in some of the Carol Buck facility coding text books.

Is anyone familiar with the Lynx Medical System, specifically the E/point system for facility coding? If you use it, what do you think of the system? Do you find the charging algorithm to be accurate?
