Hello! Does anyone know what modifier I can use for outpatient physical therapy in Nevada? I have a patient with Nevada Medicare who was seen in-office at an outpatient clinic, and the claims are denying because a few of the visits were attended while the patient was recorded as having a home health episode. Is there a modifier I can add to attempt to get payment? TIA!!!!
