Does anyone know what CPT/HCPCS codes are used for billing Remdesivir on an Outpatient visit?

The manufacturer states that it doesn't expect the drug to be used outside of a hospital setting, since it is reserved for critically ill COVID patients. It is an unclassified J-code.

Is this a hypothetical question?

VEKLURY (remdesivir) is a drug approved in adults and pediatric patients (12 years of age and older and weighing at least 40 kg) for the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) requiring hospitalization.

There is a separate FDA Emergency Use Authorization (not Approval) for younger children.
