We have orders for both infusion and dressing change on the same date of service. We know there are CCI edits however, we are in Arizona and are working with Medicaid (AHCCCS) and they have edits that do NOT allow a 59 modifier when you have a separately identifiable service. 1- Should the dressing change be billable and payable low level E/M and 2- any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
