Wiki OV with 97760?

I have appealed this combination to anthem and they sent me feedback that you can not bill together on same date of service. Anyone have any info on the other insurance companies or is this a straight across the board rule?

Just let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Assuming that you are reporting code 97760 correctly (as payment for many orthotics include fitting and adjustment), have you tried appending modifier 25 to your OV, or modifier 59 on the 97760?
