when a doctor oversees the plan of care for a hospice patient...the doctor is not a hospice employee, we are billing to Medicare 99375 with a GV modifier? I am not getting reimbursed...can someone help me to bill correctly so that these get paid. Please and thank you.
 
Try billing the HCPCS code G0182 (the Medicare equivalent to 99375 code) and use GV modifier. Hope this helps.
