Can anyone sum up these three codes for me. How often can my doc's bill these codes ? I think they are thouroughly confused. Example the paperwork is Home Health Certification and plan of care. Start date says 11-2012 Certification period says 1-20-13 through 3-20-13. After completing this paperwork signed off on 2-6-13 what is correct to bill???

Start date shows this is not the initial certification (G0180). It should be G0179, if all other documentation requirements are met. Come and see me
