Does anyone know how to bill/code for "Oxaliplatin Desensitization Protocol"? I've billed Oncology for a long time and have never encountered this. Where can i find this info?:confused:
 
Rapid Desensitization

Hi Joyce - For the rapid desensitization you would bill 95180. This code should be billed by the hour, so you must document time in and time out. To bill for the medication, use the drug and total amount administered.
