Wiki PA Billing

We have a cardiologist that normally supervises one of the Physician Assistants in the office. This specific cardiologist goes out of town and has another cardiologist cover for him. In the mean time the second cardiologist is over seeing the PA.

The PA sees a patient for Discharge, while physician over sees this. The documentation is under the second physician. Who do we bill under?

The physician who is actually in the office suite supervising the PA is the one the claim should be billed under.

Was this a hospital discharge? If so there is no "incident to" in the hospital and it must be billed under the PA.
