I need help please.
Does anyone know if the reimbursement is different for a PA or a CSA? Do CSA's get paid. Does Medicare recognize them?

Medicare only recognizes PA, Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Nurse Specialists. They do not recognized CSAs. You would need to check with your insurance contracts to see if they recognized CSAs.
