Wiki pacemaker analysis - non functioning leads

The patient has a biventricular pacemaker. The provider documents "at this point the pacemaker is not functional w/ no capture in LV or Atrial leads. Her RV lead appears to be functioning properly. Can I bill the single lead code since the RV lead is functional?
