I have 3 cardiology providers in the same group with 3 different taxonomies. If my Cardio Vascular disease doctor refers a patient to my Electrophysiologist for a pacemaker, can I bill it as a new patient? Or because they are both cardiologists and bill under the same TIN, it has to be billed as an established patient?
