I agree with your code choices unless, in fact, the patient has a procedure or test and the settings need adjustment prior to that test or procedure being done (93286).
I've never billed the 93724 but my physicians interrogate in person by connection, recording and disconnection; 93274 includes EKG, programming, tests and interpretation.
Programming (93279-93285) includes all device functions, including battery, programmable settings and lead(s) are evaluated. It includes all components of interrogation device evaluation, either in person or remote, and it includes the selection of patient specific programmed parameters depending on device.
In interrogation all device functions are checked, i.e. battery, leads ect to determine if device is fucntioning properly but does not include any adjustments.
