I was taught to not code signs and symptoms, but would like another opinion... if a patient has chronic pain in his knee and had a knee replacement do we code

G89.29 other chronic pain
Z96.652 Presence of left artificial knee

OR

G89.29 other chronic pain
M25.562 Pain in left knee

OR all three codes??
