Can I get other opinions on dx codes for patient presenting with shoulder pain same day as having vaccinations for influenza and pneumonia? Would this also need to be coded with puncture wound for vaccinations or possibly just for shoulder pain itself?

I think I would use a code from the Complications, Vaccination (999.9), in addition to the shoulder pain. I don't think a puncture wound code would be correct in this case.
