I have a physician who performed radiofrequency on medial C3 and C4, C3 occipal and C2 ganglion. I was wondering if 64626 for C3-C4, 64640 occipital and unsure of C2 ganglion was on the right track. Would C2 ganglion be a unlisted procedure.
