Does anyone know the CPT code(s) that should be used for radiofrequency ablation mulitple intercostal nerves? I keep going to 64620 because it describes the RF ablation however there is only one level not multiple levels. There is also 64421 but doesn't talk about RF ablation. I'm fairly new to this coding so any help is appreciated.
