Hi,
So I am a little confused on how to code this. If a provider does a L5 Dorsal Ramus and S1, S2, S3 Lateral Branch RFA, how would this be coded? We use to code this using 64636 and 64640 X 3, but with the new code 64625 I am a little confused on how this should be coded. Thanks!
