Hello,
I work at an ASC and they are starting to do some pain management cases with the spinal stimulators. (63650) we bill for the trial and for the permanent implantation of the electrodes and generator ,we have been billing 63655 and 63685. I have been asked if 63650,63655 and 63685 can be done and billed together. In trying to find my answer I have found a couple of answers that have come up saying that they can be billed together and one that says they are mutually exclusive and cannot be billed together.
Can anyone help please? Or, suggest where I can find some good pain management coding and billing information.
