Lt L4L5 lateral neuroforaminal block with steroid injection 64483
and L4L5 interlaminar epidural steroid injection both w/ fluoroscopy 62311

Both were at the same level.....

Mut. Exclusive w/ CCI so would 62311 only be billed w/ 77003 TC? It seems the 64483 would be the greater procedure.

I would go with whichever has the higher allowable from the insurance company - probably 64483.
