I am trying to find out the appropriate way to bill palliative care. I have two IM doctors under the same tax ID number. One doctor is following for medical conditions and one is following for palliative care. Would Medicare pay both services or would they expect one IM to provide both the medical services and palliative services? Any help would be appreciated
