CPT 90714 is still a valid code for 2013.

90714 vs deleted 90718

90714 is the CPT code we are replacing 90718 with, which was deleted for 2013. The only difference between the two is 90714 is preservative free and 90718, wasn't. Apparently, manufacturers are now making all tetanus toxid preservative free, so there was no need for two codes.
