I am looking for a CPT for peroneus longus to brevis tenodesis. The closest I can find is 27691 and the surgeon agrees that code does not fit. Here is a description from the op note: ....The peroneus longus tendon was debrided of its calcific tendinous portion to healthy-appearing tendon and then with the footprint in neutral position and slightly everted a tenodesis was performed with the peroneus longus to peroneous brevis. ....
Any ideas please?
