Hello,
I'm an experienced coder, but just dove into the world of Internal Medicine. Bit rusty on pap smear coding.

Is it appropriate to bill code 88142 to carriers that don't recognize Q0091? I'm thinking it's not b/c it's what the lab should bill right?
