I need some help :confused: , I work for a lab and had a Dr's office order a screening pap with reflex to HPV. the pap was abnormal so it reflexed. How should I code it? The original codes for the screening pap where V76.2,V72.6 so now I have the positive ASCUS that needs billed 795.00. Is this correct? I couldn't find the guidelines for paps in my ICD-9 book.
