Can someone help me with the CPT for a Open treatment of paraprosthetic distal femur fracture with internal fixation? Thanks

For this scenario would 996.44 be appropriate?
Dr. states in his operative note this is a periprosthetic fracture. Also, this is from the H&P ?The patient complains only of right knee pain with no radiation of pain. Her pain is exacerbated by palpation around the knee or any attempts at moving her right lower extremity. X-rays of right knee in the ED showed comminuted right periprosthetic distal femur fracture.? So, it seems 996.44 should be on the account. It was definitely a periprosthetic fracture.
